Refund policy
Signal Trader does not issue refunds for OmniSignal subscriptions. If you have any doubts about the value of the service provided, then you should refrain from subscribing.
Signal Trader may sometimes be unable to post the OmniSignal educational trades due to major holidays in the UK and US. These holidays will not be refunded nor added to your subscription.
Uptime/Downtime Internet Outages
Signal Trader will make every effort to maintain connectivity to the website. Occasional outages, crashes, storms, and Acts of God may affect uptime. ISP's, web hosting companies, computers, power supplies, and other connection issues affecting uptime do and will occur from time to time. If any of these or other situations arise that prevent Signal Trader management from updating the pages, we will add on to the end of your subscription the extra days corresponding to the number of days of disruption.
Cancellation of subscriptions
When you subscribe to OmniSignal, you will automatically be charged when renewal is due. If you wish to cancel your subscription renewal, we require 72 hours notice. Cancellation can be done via email.
